Mike Zidansek | Attorney

Mike is an Associate in the firm’s Fort Washington office. His areas of practice include commercial lending, real estate, and corporate law.

  • Prepares and reviews loan files under the SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs
  • Drafts, analyzes, and negotiates loan and finance documents
  • Provides guidance on eligibility issues and SBA compliance
  • Assists lenders with post-closing audits of specific loans

Additionally, Mike investigates state and federal regulatory issues to aid in the representation of commercial lenders before the US Small Business Administration on a variety of policy and SBA guaranty related items.

In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, working out, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Representative Matters Highlights

Successfully represented a national lending institution in an adversary proceeding prosecuting the denial of bankruptcy discharge and resolving absolute priority issues.

Successfully represented an automobile wholesaler against a national taxi and limousine company. Federal court assessed damages at almost $1 million dollars.

Successfully represent a national remediation company in enforcement of noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements following voluntary termination of employment by eight key employees. All noncompete provisions were enforced.

Successfully defended a pro bono case involving a creditor who sought to revoke client’s bankruptcy discharge.

Successfully prosecuted claims brought by a consumer against a national debt collection company for violating the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”).
