Representative Matters Highlights

Successfully represented a national lending institution in an adversary proceeding prosecuting the denial of bankruptcy discharge and resolving absolute priority issues.

Successfully represented an automobile wholesaler against a national taxi and limousine company. Federal court assessed damages at almost $1 million dollars.

Successfully represent a national remediation company in enforcement of noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements following voluntary termination of employment by eight key employees. All noncompete provisions were enforced.

Successfully defended a pro bono case involving a creditor who sought to revoke client’s bankruptcy discharge.

Successfully prosecuted claims brought by a consumer against a national debt collection company for violating the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”).
