Janet advises on corporate governance and assists clients with the various aspects of their business. These aspects include entity formations, licensing, sales, mergers, and real property acquisitions.

In her spare time, Janet is a wife and proud mom of two active boys and a boxer mix. She volunteers at her children’s school, for Wills for Heroes, and as a judge for various student competitions at Widener University Delaware School of Law.
