Margaret is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and serves on the Executive Committee.  She oversees and implements office processes and procedures, working to make sure that things get done as efficiently and effectively as possible. She started at Starfield & Smith in 2015, switching careers after over 20 years of teaching music at all levels from preschool through college. The experience of establishing classrooms for student success transfers well into the professional administrative realm. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Music from George Mason University and a Master of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University.
