Firm News for December 2011: Starfield & Smith, P.C. is proud to announce that, effective January 15, 2012, Camilla N. Andrews will join the Firm as Managing Partner of its California Office
Prior to her time at the FDIC, Camilla was in private practice, representing SBA and commercial lenders nationwide. Her practice currently focuses on issues unique to SBA lending, including transactional and litigation matters, creditors’ rights, receiverships, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, personal and real property collateral, real estate issues, prejudgment remedies, guarantor issues, contract disputes, general business matters and loan workouts.

Camilla has been in practice for over 20 years and earned her law degree from Loyola Marymount University. She is a Designated Attorney by the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Small Business Administration for 504 loan closings. She is also a member of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, the National Association of Development Companies, and the American and California Bar Associations.
